We reserve the right to update and change these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to the Brags website. You are advised to check the Terms of Service from time to time for any updates or changes that may impact you.

2. Account Terms

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information when creating your account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Service Availability: We strive to maintain high availability of our Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice.

AI Features: Our Service includes AI-powered features to enhance your career documentation. AI-generated content is provided as suggestions only and should be reviewed and verified by you before use.

Data Backup: While we regularly backup data, you are responsible for maintaining your own copies of important information stored in the Service.

4. Payment Terms

  • Free accounts are provided at no cost with limited features as described on our pricing page.
  • Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
  • We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

5. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain all rights to the content you create and store in Brags. By using our Service, you grant us a license to store, display, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Our Platform: The Service, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by Brags and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

Brags shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so through your account settings or by contacting us.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
