Professional plan offers unlimited AI enhancements, full timeline view, custom reminder scheduling, and priority support.

What are AI enhancements?

AI enhancements use advanced language models to transform your quick notes into polished, professional achievement statements. For example, "Fixed a bug" becomes "Resolved critical authentication issue affecting 15% of users, improving system reliability and user satisfaction." The AI adds professional impact language while keeping your original facts and intent.

Can I create entries via email?

Yes! We offer two ways to create entries via email:

• Daily reminder emails: Simply reply to your daily reminder email with your achievement
• Magic links: Click the link in any email to quickly log an entry

This makes it incredibly easy to document wins throughout your day without disrupting your workflow.

What's the difference between achievements and blockers?

Achievements are your wins, accomplishments, and positive contributions. These are what you'll showcase in reviews and interviews.

Blockers are challenges, obstacles, or issues you're facing that need visibility or support. Documenting blockers helps you communicate effectively with your manager and shows proactive problem-solving when you overcome them.

How does meeting preparation work?

Create a meeting entry and select relevant achievements from your history. Our AI will generate structured talking points, impact highlights, and discussion topics based on your recent work. This ensures you go into 1-on-1s and reviews with confidence and clear examples of your contributions.

Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?

Yes! You can upgrade to a paid plan at any time to unlock unlimited AI enhancements and premium features. If you downgrade, your account will revert to the free plan at the end of your current billing period. All your data is preserved regardless of plan changes.

Is my data secure?

Absolutely. We take security seriously with encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest, secure password storage, and regular security audits. Your career data is your own, and we implement industry-standard security measures to protect it. Learn more in our Privacy Policy.

How is my data used for AI enhancements?

When you request an AI enhancement, we send your entry content to our AI providers (OpenAI or Anthropic) to process your request. These providers do not use your data to train their models per our agreements with them. The AI only sees the specific entry you're enhancing, not your entire achievement history.

Can I export or delete my data?

Export functionality (CSV, PDF, resume format) is coming soon for Professional users. If you decide to delete your account, all your personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. You own your career data, and we're building tools to make it easy to take it with you.
